The delivery time depends on the package you select and may be subject to delays due to local holidays, the density of the project, and our existing workload. Usually, we deliver the first set of concepts on logos within 1-2 business days.
We reserve the right to terminate your project, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, we will determine whether you are entitled to any refund or not.
Copyrights & Trademarks
Our client retains full ownership of the logos, any digital designs, and all related materials after the project has been completed and delivered.
LogoProMaker retains the right to use the logos purely for promotional activities or as a part of our portfolio, and will not resell them unless explicitly authorized by the client.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. LogoProMaker will be liable to a full refund if the design provided to the client is not as per the client’s requirements or expectations. The refund will only be accepted in case of a genuine reason and until a proper explanation is provided by the client. You will be qualified for a full refund within the 7-days of your purchase or delivery. After 7 days we will not be responsible for any refund.
To claim your refund, you are required to fill out a simple refund request form that will be provided by our chat support agent on your request or you can email us the form at our mentioned email address. Please note that filling up the form is mandatory and if we do not find the responses to be reasonable, then we reserve the right to reject the refund.
Record Preservation
We keep a record of finalized design once we provide the final files to our clients. If you require the files in the future, we can send them to you at your request.
